This website is operated by SC Harmoney Construct SRL, headquartered at Strada Plaiului nr. 27, Bacau, Romania, VAT no. RO 45828241, registered with the Trade Register under no. J2022000473048 (hereinafter "Harmoney Construct", "we" or "the Company"). You can reach us at office@hrmconstruct.ro or 0751865593.
2. Purpose of the website
This is a presentation website. Through it we showcase our fit-out and finishing services for commercial, industrial and office spaces, as well as completed projects. The website does not allow online orders or payments and does not sell products.
3. Requesting a quote
The forms on the site (contact, quote request, subcontracting, job applications) are non-binding requests. Submitting a quote request does not constitute a contract and creates no obligations for either party. Any collaboration is established later, through a separate contract, following discussions and an assessment of the work.
4. Warranties
We provide a warranty for the works we carry out, under the terms and for the duration set out in the contract signed with each client, depending on the type of work. Warranty details are agreed contractually, before work begins.
5. Intellectual property
The website content (texts, project images, logo, graphic elements) belongs to SC Harmoney Construct SRL or is used under license. The project images are ours. Reproduction, distribution or use of the content without our written consent is prohibited.
6. Use of the website
You agree to use the website in good faith, not for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to disrupt its operation, and not to submit through the forms any content that is unlawful or infringes the rights of others.
7. Limitation of liability
We strive to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date, but it is provided for information purposes and may be changed without prior notice. We are not liable for any errors, omissions or for decisions made solely on the basis of the information on the site.
