2. What data we collect
We collect the data you send us through the forms on the site: name, email address, phone number, company name (if applicable), your message or request description, and, for job or subcontracting applications, the CV or attached documents.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process this data solely to respond to your requests (quotes, questions, collaboration, recruitment). The legal basis is steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to messages received. We do not use the data for marketing or newsletters without your consent.
4. How long we keep data
Contact data related to a request (message/quote) is kept for at most 1 year. CVs and documents received through careers or subcontracting are kept for a maximum of 30 days; applications we consider relevant may be kept longer for a possible collaboration, and the rest are deleted. Uploaded files are deleted automatically after the set period.
5. Who has access
Data is not sold and is not shared with third parties. Internal access is limited to the general manager and the technical manager. We do not transfer data outside Romania or the European Union.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, as well as the right to withdraw consent. You can exercise these rights by emailing office@hrmconstruct.ro. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP, www.dataprotection.ro).
7. Minors' data
Our website and services are not directed at minors and we do not knowingly collect data from persons under 18.
8. Automated decisions
We do not carry out profiling or make automated decisions based on your data.
9. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.
10. Changes
We may update this policy periodically. The version in force is the one published on the site.
