2. Data categories and sources
We process only the data you provide directly through the site forms: identification and contact data (name, email, phone, company), the content of your message/request and, for applications, CVs and attached documents. We do not collect other data through the site (there are no user accounts or private area) and we do not use surveillance cameras for this purpose.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to requests and quotes: pre-contractual steps at your request.
- Recruitment (careers) and evaluating partners (subcontracting): our legitimate interest in assessing applications and the data you provide.
We do not use data for marketing without consent and do not use it for automated decisions or profiling.
4. Retention periods
- Messages and quote requests: maximum 1 year.
- CVs and documents (careers/subcontracting): maximum 30 days; relevant applications may be kept longer for a possible collaboration, the rest are deleted. Files are deleted automatically after the set period.
5. Recipients
Data is accessed internally only by the general manager and the technical manager. We do not sell it, disclose it to third parties or transfer it outside Romania/the EU.
6. Data security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures: restricted access, secure file storage and automatic deletion when due.
7. Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent, exercisable by email at office@hrmconstruct.ro. You may lodge a complaint with the Romanian DPA, ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro).
8. Minors
We do not target minors and do not knowingly collect data from persons under 18.
